You’ll find that Indian food is spicy, and that – among all the flavors – the most abused is the curry (much used in pasta dishes, as in seconds). As for the desserts, you will not forget the colors, scents and flavors of the “laddus” and “Barfis”, both made from pistachio. Are you a lefty? The Indian etiquette is different from the Western one, the one that you share not only food, but local culture, one that allows you to take only with the right hand (only with the fingers), the food of the Indian family of which you are guest.
