Welcome to Colombia. I hope that your stay in my country has been happy, but if you want to add scent of coffee, come into my city, Armenia, what everyone calls “the coffee capital”. My name is Manuel, I am one of those who lives on a hill – 1550 meters above the sea – in this city south of Circasia. Perhaps you are not interested the two statues that are in the Plaza de Bolivar, but the visit to our modern cathedral is one thing that I suggest (stained glass and mosaics beautiful). Before you go back to your country, we will go to El Mercado Plaza, where you can buy a beautiful wicker basket, filling it with herbal medicines, and their perfume – among the 3,000 that you can smell – will take you back home.
