TAKE ME WITH YOU – Poetry, Attilio Bertolucci

PORTAMI CON TE > Portami con te nel mattino vivace, le reni rotte l’occhio sveglio, appoggiato al tuo fianco di donna che cammina come fa l’amore. Sono gli ultimi giorni dell’inverno a bagnarci le mani, e i camini fumano più del necessario, in una stagione così tiepida. Ma lascia che vadano in malora, economia e sobrietà, si consumino le scorte della città e della nazione. Se il cielo offuscandosi, e poi schiarendo per un sole più forte, ci saremo trovati là dove vita e morte hanno una sosta. Sfavilla il mezzogiorno, lamiera che è azzurra ormai senza residui, e sopra calmi uccelli camminano, non volano.

TAKE ME WITH YOU > Take me with you in the bustling morning, the kidneys routes cute eye, leaning on your side of woman who walks like making love. These are the last days of winter to bathe our hands, and the chimneys are smoking more than necessary, in such a warm season. But let me go down the drain, economy and sobriety, are consumed inventories of the city and the nation. If the sky is obscured, and then brightening for a stronger sun, we found ourselves where life and death have a break. Sparkles noon, sheet metal that is blue now without residues, and calm over bird walk, not fly.
