GIVE ME UNFOLDING YOURSELF: Along with Lucebert, floating in a dark dream in the sun, a nod in the clouds

That man, in the Netherlands, he thought that the world was his home, but he was deeply convinced that all things of value were defenseless. He, the pessimist in his country was a poet, as well as an innovator of visual arts. Lubertus Jacobus Swaanswijk (in art, Lucebert), was born in Amsterdam in the late summer of 1924, and entered the Art Institute in 1938, participating in her first show in 1949 He died May 10, 1994, Alkmaar, but his poems, and even one of his largest mural painting, the one who sleeps in a Franciscan convent, Dutch, covered with a white sheet of white paint.

GIVE ME UNFOLDING YOURSELF

of Lucebert

“Give me unfolding yourself

Your flower unfathomable your kiss

Like a mad kelp float

On watercolor thirst

Of “u” and “a” your space

It is saturated for my panting

To go up and breathe

And my body accumulated

And my voice plays a flapping its wings

Like a dark tree to the source

Hear ye then with your hands hasty

Then the beat of your heart

I am a dark dream in the sun

I’m the man who embraces percent

I am a nod in the clouds.”
