WHEN THE MUSIC BECOMES POETRY – A firefly in August, by Gianmaria Testa

A FIREFLY IN AUGUST > A firefly in August, he went one morning, proud of her suitcase, to take up the moon. And shouting from the rooftops, her joy of being alive, she shouted to the four winds, and her flashing light. But the firefly in August, saw the sun was born, only, behind the mountains. She saw the sun shining, the sun said “do not go up”, with your murderous light, and its light already died. And a firefly in August, they found over a flower, narrow in her right hand, it had the suitcase with the moon. And they said, “she will be dead, because of fear or love,” they said, “she is dead”, because they had no light. And he saw the sun from afar, above the flower of snow, and to the firefly, he smiled.
