WHERE YOU CAN CHOOSE YOUR LUCKY ISLAND – Archipelago of the Canaries / Spain: in any season, for the reason that you prefer

Vitruvian Man created by Leonardo da Vinci is a design, where a man in two overlapped positions (with arms and legs spread wide), is inscribed in a circle and a square. https://leonardodavinci.stanford.edu/submissions/clabaugh/history/leonardo.html Throughout the centuries, that image has become a cultural icon. Perfectly proportioned, the symmetry of the human anatomy is correlated with the symmetry of the universe. That man is you, inside your existential experience, where you breathe and see, hear, eat and feel it, also visiting Canary Islands.

Those islands, had the name of Fortunate Islands, for the abundance of products and the mild climate, but of their ancient inhabitants – the Guanches, who lived at the Paleolithic – nothing was survived after the Spanish conquest. http://www.hellocanaryislands.com/ In Las Palmas you can visit the Museo Canario (human remains and Guanche Mumme, covered with skins), but also the Casa de Colon (a fifteenth-century building, where Christopher Columbus stopped numerous times during his many trips). The climate is one of the most pleasant, but their soil is not very generous. Almost entirely lacking the waterways and there are few rains. Oddly, the hard work of the men has transformed the Canary Islands in a lush garden with Mediterranean plants, tropical and alpine flora. Every season is good to visit this archipelago, choose your own, please come.

When you choose your island, remember a few fundamentals. Fuerteventura, the seemingly inhospitable second largest island, has a dry climate because of the warm winds coming from the Sahara, but you’ll need to stop a short time, to want to return. Lanzarote is the northernmost of the islands of this archipelago. Its volcanic ash blend well with the dry climate, encouraging the cultivation of the vine. Tenerife is the largest island in the center it has a special heart, the giant extinct crater of Las Canadas. http://www.hellocanaryislands.com/tenerife/ From any part of the island, something you see: the Pico de Teide cone (3718 meters suspended over blue). The central and northern part of the island is an immense orchard, because here the harsh spring season all year.

Gomera? To the west of Tenerife, this island by the round shape, it is full of mountains that descend to the sea, but with small valleys – lush and well-watered – which perhaps you will want to choose your own picturesque house (obviously colored pink), where you can relax. Hierro has a crescent shape and pads plank, but still retains the memory of something special: until the discovery of America, this was the extreme limit of the world. http://www.visitcanaryislands.org/ You can choose your home in Valverde, staying here qialche day, before visiting the third largest island of the archipelago. La Palma has a large active volcanic system, and that’s what gives you something special to remember the entire archipelago: its famous Caldara and its extraordinary volcanic landscapes.
