Poems, by Ferreira Gullar

MADRUGADA
“Do fundo do meu fourth,
do not least of My Body
clandestine
ouço (não vejo) ouço
no bone will grow and no músculo da noite
a noite,
a noite ocidental obscenamente acesa
sobre meu país dividido em classes. “

SUNRISE
“From the bottom of my room,
from the bottom of my body
clandestine
I hear (not see) feel
grow into the bone and muscle of the night
the night,
night Western obscenely lit
my country divided into classes. “

ALBA
“Dal fondo della mia camera,
dal fondo del mio corpo
clandestino
sento (non vedo) sento
crescere nell’osso e nel muscolo della notte
la notte,
la notte occidentale oscenamente accesa
sul mio paese diviso in classi. “

(Ferreira Gullar)
