EATING, LIKE IN A FILM – 87 Aquarium Way, Long Beach / California

Visiting the viewing deck of Santa Monica, after filling our eyes with the color of the Ocean Avenue gardens, we were hungry, hungry for shrimp and prawns. The good reviews featured (along the renowned fame due to the film), they were led up to the number 87 Aquarium Way (Long Beach, California). Shrimp and fresh fish, are the dishes that characterize this restaurant spot on the beach. It was an experience that we wanted to do (without keeping an eye on prices, although the bill would be salty). From the restaurant, the view was extraordinarily beautiful: the beach and viewing deck were gorgeous! That was our second American dinner on a pier in Santa Monica, was like being in the movie. http://www.santamonica.com/visit-santa-monica/why-visit-santa-monica/

While we were eating, our mind was the memory of a film (Saving Private Rayan), in our ears we seemed to hear the voice of Bubba while he opened to us the thousand ways to cook shrimp. The food was of excellent quality, everything was excellent and attention to detail, details that enveloped us faithfully in a movie. Yes, as an appetizer we chose Shrimper’s Heaven (cott shrimp grilled, fried, tempura prawns and fry with coconut), really exquisite. You can also stop you to eat at Bubba Gump! Forrest Gump is not there, but it gives you the opportunity to know a good seafood. Be patient to wait for your table, and your patience will be rewarded. The time to wait for our table was 20 minutes, but the service was quick, and the food was great. http://www.bubbagump.com/menus.asp
