GREEK EXPERIENCE – Practical information for traveling, while away from the intense heat and from the madding crowd

The cultural and the hedonistic. You start with sunglasses and cap, mosquito repellent and medicines, along with a good sunscreen with a high protection (do not forget a good road map of the area you are visiting). Light clothing in summer (but a sweater or jacket, from May to October), warm clothes and waterproof in the other seasons of the year. One more thing (perhaps the essential one if you travel in the summer): if you really want a carefree holiday, reasons like a greek. Live in style “siga”, slowly (a concept of life which provides for the afternoon siesta), without forgetting – every night, going out from your favorite restaurant – to delight you with a “volta”, the evening walk.
