VIKTOR POPKOV 1/4 – He was born next to the spring, and he studied at the Surikov Moscow Art Institute. Its paintings, are characterized by dramatic tension, painting around social themes, and psychological insight, into persons and situations. VIKTOR POPKOV 2/4 – Its works, can be divided into three periods: Romantic Socialist Realism, the Austere style and Symbolism. Combining elements of socialist realism, with self-awareness and humanity, its creativity – still now – remaine a tribute to the human dreaming effort.
