BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER – Traveling in Russia, you will need to taste its typical foods, without forgetting to say “na sdarovie!”

Traveling, eating and drinking in Russia, you need to remember the Meeting Benches way: a perfectly proportioned man – created by Leonardo da Vinci – correlating the symmetry of human anatomy to the symmetry of the universe. What you see, hear, eat and feel, it’s all inside Meeting Benches way: the Vitruvian approach to life.

BREAKFAST > Hello! We do not know when you wake up (and even if you prefer a hearty breakfast), but what you will have to choose from is this: kascia or omelet, creoes, tea or coffee, with all the sandwiches you want (for a Russian bread is the whole head). LUNCH > Do not forget – even during your trip – that the lunch hour is from noon until three in the afternoon. If you prefer a soup, not forgetting the “tschi” hot, can be meat or fish, vegetables or mushrooms. Fish? Try to eat the herring fur. Your dessert? A “blinis”, with jam).

DINNER > We wish you to be the guest of a Russian family (that will offer bread and salt), because it is at this time of the day – eating – the whole family can share the events of a day that comes to an end. If this is your moment towards the end of the year, you’ll appreciate the Russian salad “Olivier”. Our wish is that you can taste a strawberry jam, blueberries, cranberries, bog myrtle. Returning home, certainly a bottle of vodka (at least 40 °), it will be with you, but you will not forget what you have learned during your trip to Russia: Vodka do not drink alone, but in the company of friends (possibly noisy and cheerful). “Na sdarovie!” (Health).
